To keep your delicate knitwear beautiful and lasting, we recommend gentle hand washing in cool water with mild detergent, then reshaping and laying it flat to dry. Snagging is a normal part of wear and can be easily fixed by gently pulling the snagged thread to the inside with a needle. With a little extra care, your knitwear will stay soft and lovely season after season.
As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the inland (Germany) within 7-14 working days, with foreign deliveries within 9-16 working days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
