Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: countries of the European Union, Switzerland.

— DHL Standard (2-4 days): €5.00

— DHL Express Saver (1-3 days): €8.00

EUROPEAN UNION (EU & EEA & Switzerland)

— DHL Standard (5–7 days): €15.00

— DHL Express Saver (3–4 days): €30.00

EUROPE (NON-EUROPEAN UNION)

— DHL Standard (5–10 days): €20.00

— DHL Express Saver (4–5 days): €40.00

Delivery periods

As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the inland (Germany) within 7-14 working days, with foreign deliveries within 9-16 working days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

NOTE: Due to the situation in Ukraine, we are currently unable to ship orders to destinations in Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.

CUSTOMS

Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which MENGERSHAUSEN cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

RETURNS

Items purchased on mengershausen.eu are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact tot be eligible for return. MENGERSHAUSEN reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. The return shipping fee is not covered by us. For any questions, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm (CEST).
